What's new in Sangam Rishta
Sangam Rishta is updated often; this page lists the main changes, newest first. Subscribe with the RSS feed.
Updates reach phones through Google Play. To get the newest version, open Google Play, search “Sangam Rishta” and tap Update, or turn on auto-update for the app. The app version and build number are shown at the bottom of the Account screen, which helps when reporting a problem. Every update stays free: no feature is ever moved behind a payment.

The Sangam Rishta website explains the free matrimony app in English and Hindi, with FAQs, safety details and the list of supported communities.
Ready messages for WhatsApp and quicker log out
The WhatsApp button on a profile now opens with a ready message that mentions the Profile ID, and logging out is instant.
Side-pose and full-length photos accepted
The photo check now accepts side poses and full-length photos, and several photos can be picked from the gallery at once.
Partner preferences from lists
Preferred education, occupation and state are now chosen from lists, with several choices allowed, and the For You tab uses them for suggestions.
Profiles move to the family after WhatsApp OTP
When a family member signs up with the number written on a profile and confirms it by WhatsApp OTP, the profile moves into their account automatically.
Hindi language and event alerts
The whole app works in Hindi and English, and members get an alert when a community event is added or changed.
