Is Sangam Rishta really free?

Yes. Sangam Rishta is 100% free: there is no registration fee, no paid membership, no premium plan and no charge to see or share contact details. Creating profiles, searching, sending interests and contacting families all cost ₹0. The app also shows no third-party ads.

Who makes Sangam Rishta?

Sangam Rishta is made by MJX Technologies LLP, an Indian software company with offices in Bengaluru and Bhopal. MJX Technologies also builds Pathshala (school ERP), MJX CRM, MJX Events, MJXCard and other products listed on mjxtechnologies.com.

Is Sangam Rishta only for one caste or community?

No. Sangam Rishta is for every caste, community and religion. The app lists 222 communities and 8 religions, and you can type any community or sub-caste that is not in the list. Families from all 36 Indian states and union territories and NRIs in 198 countries can use it.

How do I create a matrimony profile on Sangam Rishta?

Install Sangam Rishta from Google Play, sign up with your mobile number and a password, then tap Create profile. Fill in the details (basic details, community, horoscope, education and career, family, partner expectations), add up to 3 photos and save. An admin checks the profile and it goes live after approval.

Can parents create a profile for their son or daughter?

Yes. One account can create profiles for self, son, daughter, brother, sister, a relative or a friend. To stop brokers and fake listings, one account can have at most 3 profiles.

How do I contact a family on Sangam Rishta?

If the family chose to show their number, you can call or WhatsApp them directly from the profile; WhatsApp opens with a ready message mentioning the Profile ID. Otherwise send an interest: when the family accepts it, both sides can see each other's number.

Is my phone number safe?

You decide. Each profile has a setting to show or hide the number. A hidden number is shared only with families whose interest you accept. Logged-out visitors never see numbers or photos.

How are profiles verified?

Every account logs in with a mobile number. Members can confirm their number with a WhatsApp OTP, which adds a blue verified badge to their profiles. Every new profile and photo is also checked by an admin before others can see it.

What photos are allowed?

Clear photos of one person with the face visible and decent clothing. Side poses and full-length photos are fine. Group photos, covered faces and vulgar or offensive photos are rejected: the app checks for a face on the phone, Google Cloud Vision checks for unsafe content, and an admin approves each photo.

Is Sangam Rishta available in Hindi?

Yes. The whole app works in Hindi and English, and you can switch the language any time from the Account screen. Notifications also arrive in the language you choose.

Can NRIs use Sangam Rishta?

Yes. Profiles can be listed from any of 198 countries, and families anywhere can search for matches in India or abroad.

What is the minimum age to list a profile?

21 years for men and 18 years for women, as set by India's Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006. The app does not accept a date of birth below these ages.

What search filters does Sangam Rishta have?

Age, height, state, city, caste, sub-caste, education, occupation, minimum income, marital status, complexion, manglik status, diet, mother tongue, religion and verified profiles only.

What is the For You tab?

For You suggests profiles that suit your profile and partner preferences: same community, preferred state, age, height, education and occupation. Swipe right to send an interest and left to skip.

How do I share a profile on WhatsApp?

Open the profile and tap Share. The app sends a short message with the first name, age, city and the Profile ID (for example SR-1A2B3C4D) and a link. The full profile and photos are visible only inside the app after login.

What happens if someone uses one number for many profiles?

One account can have at most 3 profiles. If more than 3 imported profiles carry the same contact number, they are hidden and the number is treated as an agent number. Members can also report a profile; 3 reports hide it until an admin reviews it.

Can I hide my profile after my marriage is fixed?

Yes. You can pause (hide) a profile at any time from My profiles, edit it, or delete it.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Account → Delete account in the app. Your profiles, photos and contact details are deleted. You can also request deletion on the Delete account page of this website.

Does Sangam Rishta work on iPhone?

Sangam Rishta is available for Android on Google Play. The iPhone version is planned.

Why is Sangam Rishta free when other matrimony apps charge?

Sangam Rishta is run by MJX Technologies as a free community service. The company earns from its business software, so the matrimony app needs no membership fees and shows no third-party ads.

क्या संगम रिश्ता सच में निःशुल्क है?

हाँ। संगम रिश्ता पूरी तरह निःशुल्क है: कोई रजिस्ट्रेशन फीस नहीं, कोई पेड मेंबरशिप नहीं और नंबर देखने का कोई शुल्क नहीं। ऐप में किसी बाहरी कंपनी के विज्ञापन भी नहीं हैं।

परिवार से संपर्क कैसे करें?

अगर परिवार ने नंबर दिखाना चुना है तो प्रोफ़ाइल से सीधे कॉल या WhatsApp करें। नहीं तो रुचि (इंटरेस्ट) भेजें; परिवार स्वीकार करे तो दोनों को एक-दूसरे का नंबर दिखने लगता है।

प्रोफ़ाइल कैसे सत्यापित होती है?

हर अकाउंट मोबाइल नंबर से बनता है। WhatsApp OTP से नंबर सत्यापित करने पर प्रोफ़ाइल पर नीला वेरिफाइड बैज लगता है। हर नई प्रोफ़ाइल और फ़ोटो एडमिन की जाँच के बाद ही दिखती है।

शादी के लिए न्यूनतम उम्र क्या है?

बाल विवाह प्रतिषेध अधिनियम, 2006 के अनुसार लड़कों के लिए 21 वर्ष और लड़कियों के लिए 18 वर्ष। ऐप इससे कम उम्र स्वीकार नहीं करता।

क्या ऐप हिंदी में है?

हाँ। पूरा ऐप हिंदी और अंग्रेज़ी दोनों में चलता है। अकाउंट स्क्रीन से कभी भी भाषा बदल सकते हैं।

अकाउंट कैसे हटाएँ?

ऐप में अकाउंट → अकाउंट हटाएँ पर जाएँ। आपकी प्रोफ़ाइल, फ़ोटो और संपर्क विवरण हटा दिए जाते हैं।
