Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Sangam Rishta app provided by MJX Technologies. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Free community service

Sangam Rishta is free. It helps families in the community find suitable matches and stay connected. We do not arrange marriages and do not guarantee any match, response or outcome.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• Profiles must meet the legal minimum age for marriage (18 for women, 21 for men).
• One account can create up to 3 profiles (for example self, son and daughter), only with the person's consent.

3. Your responsibilities

• Give true and accurate information. Fake, misleading or duplicate profiles are not allowed.
• Upload only recent, decent photos of the profile person, with one person and the full face visible.
• Be respectful. No abuse, harassment, threats or pressure on any family.
• Never ask for or send money through contacts made in the App. Report anyone who does.
• Do not share other members' photos or contact details outside the App, and do not use the App for commercial match-making or as a broker.
• Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. Moderation

Admins review every profile and photo. We may reject, hide or remove any profile or content, and suspend or delete accounts, that break these terms or the community rules – with or without notice.

5. Meeting other members

Please verify details yourself before proceeding with any match, involve your family, and meet in safe public places. MJX Technologies is not responsible for the conduct of members or for information they provide.

6. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, MJX Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the App (Account → Delete account).

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
