Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Sangam Rishta account and all its data at any time.

Delete in the app (instant)

Open Sangam Rishta and log in.
Go to Account (bottom right).
Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

Can't open the app?

Email [email protected] from any email address with the subject "Delete my Sangam Rishta account" and your registered mobile number. We will verify the request and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your login and account details (name, mobile number)
All profiles created from your account, with all photos and contact numbers
Interests sent and received, reports you made, skipped and blocked profiles, notifications and device tokens

What may be kept

Nothing from your account is kept in the app after deletion, except where we are required by law to keep a minimal record.

You can also delete a single profile without deleting the whole account: open the profile in Account → My profiles and tap Delete.

Pause a profile instead

If the marriage is fixed or you want a break, you do not have to delete anything. Open Account → My profiles, choose the profile and tap Pause: the profile is hidden from search and suggestions until you show it again, and all its details and photos stay saved.
